We know that the prospect of changing banks can be intimidating. With your direct deposit and automatic payments already in place, the very thought of switching your checking account is probably enough to make you break out in hives. Luckily North Shore Bank has made available all the forms you’ll need to help out with your move.

Direct Deposit
Complete the Direct Deposit Authorization and provide it to your employer. If you are receiving Social Security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), you can change your direct deposit
by clicking here
or by calling 1-800-772-1213.
Bill Pay/Creditor Log
Compile the list of companies with whom you have authorized automatic payments. This will make it much easier for you when completing the Automatic Payment Change Forms in the next step.
Automatic Payments
Use the authorization form below to redirect your automatic payments to your new North Shore Bank account. Send one to each organization that debits funds from your checking account (make copies if necessary).
