Connect With a Digital Banker!
North Shore Bank Interactive Teller Machines, or ITMs, allow you to perform all the transactions of a traditional ATM, but with much more. By simply pressing the "Help" button at the bottom of the ITM screen, you can be connected by video to one of our Digital Bankers, who can assist you with just about any transaction that you could complete at the teller line. Our Digital Bankers are available from 8AM-6PM, Monday - Friday.

Engage directly with one of our Digital Bankers by pressing the "Help" button at the bottom of the screen — just look for the icon to the right. You won’t even need to insert your ATM or debit card.
- Get access to all of your NSB accounts — not just those tied to your debit card
- Cash checks up to $5,000 with a Digital Banker
- Choose your preferred denominations when cashing a check or withdrawing from an account — the ITM can dispense in $1s, $5s, $20s and $100s.
- Deposit both cash and checks — no deposit slip required. You can even even make split deposits between multiple accounts.
- Perform business deposits with up to fifty checks
- Make loan payments by cash, check or by transferring from another North Shore Bank account
- Obtain a mini statement detailing your last five transactions
