Third-Party Financial Applications

Important Information For Intuit Users

With the redesign of our online banking and mobile banking platforms there will be a lapse in connectivity to third-party finance applications. Customers using Intuit products, such as QuickBooks Online and Mint.com, will see an interruption in connectivity for up to 48 hours, or through June 9th.

All Other Third-Party Providers

If you are not using one of the products highlighted above, you will need to contact your provider directly. This will not be able to be done until after we have launched our new online banking experience. Please inform them that you are a customer of North Shore Bank in Massachusetts and that the bank’s online banking scheme has recently changed and to please reset your aggregation script. While the bank has attempted to reach out to these providers directly, they will unfortunately only speak with their users (and not financial institutions).

Below is a listing of common third-party providers:

  • Plaid — this includes popular applications such as Acorn, Venmo, Coinbase, Betterment, Robinhood, Digit, Elleveest, Qapital, YNAB, Truebill, Albert, Pillar, Stripe, Bench, Expensify, Fundbox, Wise, Metal, WorldRemit, SoFi, Figure, Petal, and Avant
