Depending on your mobile device, simply click on the appropriate icon for either the Apple or Google Play Store and download the app (below). If you would prefer, you can also go directly to either store and use the search term "North Shore Bank Mobile." Once downloaded, the first time you open the app you will see a “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the screen – just click the button and follow the onscreen instructions (see right). If you are a current North Shore Bank online banking user you will have immediate access to your accounts (unless the information doesn’t match our records). If you are a new customer, you will have to wait one business day before signing up.
