Fingerprint and Face ID Login

Say “buh-bye” to mobile banking login problems.

Our biometric login feature makes mobile banking authentication easy. Your mobile device just needs to be enabled to accept fingerprint or Facial ID recoginition. Those authentication methods — which you're likely already using to unlock your mobile device — can then be used to log in to your mobile banking profile. This optional sign-in method is available for both iOS and Android devices. Just follow the instructions below to register your phone. Of course you can always continue to log into mobile banking using the normal User-ID/Password protocol. It’s your call.

To activate use the following steps:

Remember, the Fingerprint/Touch ID function must be enabled on your mobile device before you can begin the process. If it is not, you must first register your device in the Settings tab of your mobile phone. Once your phone is registered, simply follow the five steps illustrated here. 
 
  1. Log into the mobile banking app and click on the avatar at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select “Banking Services” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Then click on “Manage Fingerprint/FaceID.”
  4. From there, choose the "Fingerprint/Face  ID Enrollment" option.
  5. Finally, enter the required information, including your current mobile banking login credentials, and click on the "Enroll" button.
