Say “buh-bye” to mobile banking login problems.

Our one-touch mobile banking authentication is super-easy to use. All you need is fingerprint-enabled smartphone and you’ll be good-to-go. This optional sign-in method is available for both iOS and Android devices. As long as you’re using the most up-to-date version of the NSB app, the next time you sign in to mobile banking you’ll receive an activation prompt alerting you that the service is now available. Simply follow the instructions below to register your phone — or of course continue to login using the normal User-ID/Password protocol.  It’s your call.

To activate use the following steps:

Fingerprint access must be enabled on your device before you begin the process. If it is not, you must first register your device in the Settings tab of your mobile phone. Once your phone is registered, simply follow the steps illustrated in the adjacent clip.
