North Shore Bank Mobile Banking App

North Shore Bank customers need to delete their existing North Shore Bank Mobile Banking app and download the NEW North Shore Bank Mobile app from the App Store® or Google Play.TM

Our NEW Mobile Banking App lets you enjoy enhanced security features, plus a quicker visibility of mobile deposits and access to Zelle® — the safe, easy way to send and request money!

  • Use your existing user ID and password to access Online and Mobile Banking.
  •  You will need to reestablish your Biometric ID for Mobile Banking.
  • If you access Online Banking directly through a URL saved in your desktop or laptop browser’s favorites, you will be directed to log in at a new URL. Be sure to bookmark this new URL instead!
  • Account histories, previously established automatic transfers (internal and external), Bill Pay payees, active eBills, scheduled payments, and scheduled bill payments will carry over; no need to set them up again.
  • You will need to re-establish all account alerts.
  • If you use an online account aggregation tool, such as Credit Karma or Boost, you will need to reestablish your connection from the tool.

It’s important that you know your username and password because they will not be carried over. If you do not know your password, you will be able to select “Forgot Password” on the sign in page to reset it.
