On Saturday, September 28th, North Shore Bank along with Trident Electronics Recycling will be holding a one-day free computer recycling event at the new Beverly branch, located at 140 Brimbal Avenue from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Determining how to handle the disposal of retired computer equipment can be a daunting task. Adhering to government and environmental regulations adds to the challenge. Trident removes the complexity and guarantees accountability while processing your e-waste securely and responsibly. 

Materials that will be processed at our Free Recycling Event are:
  • Computers / Laptops / Servers
  • CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) Monitor —one free monitor per carload allowed — you will be charged for every monitor thereafter.*
  • LCD/LED (flat screen) Monitors
  • Data Storage Devices (Hard drives, etc.)
  • Printers / Copiers 
  • Peripherals (Wire, Keyboards, Mice, Speakers)
  • Cell Phones / Tablets
Items that will NOT be processed at our Free Recycling Event are:
  • Televisions
  • Refrigerators
  • AC Units
  • Washers / Dryers
  • Ovens / Stoves
  • Appliances
  • Light Bulbs
  • Liquids
  • Thermostats
  • Mercury
Trident offers on-site hard drive destruction services. A variety of data storage devices can also be shredded including: solid state drives, thumb drives and tape media. *After the first CRT monitor per carload, there will be a $20 charge for each recycled CRT monitor up to 17 inches, and a $30 charge for each recycled CRT monitor 18 inches or larger.  All proceeds will be donated to the Pete Frates Family Foundation
