PEABODY, MA – (www.northshore-bank.com) Kevin M. Tierney, Sr., Chief Executive Officer of North Shore Bank, announced that Joseph Wadlinger has joined the Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer.
Mr. Wadlinger is a commercial banking professional with more than 35 years of banking experience. Prior to joining North Shore Bank, he served as Senior Vice President, and headed up Commercial Sales and Business Strategy, for People’s United Bank, and has led many commercial banking divisions and teams. In his new position with North Shore Bank, he will oversee commercial banking activities for the Bank, with an emphasis on business strategy and client management.

Mr. Wadlinger grew up on the North Shore. A graduate of St. John’s Prep in Danvers, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Northeastern University. He is currently the Chairman of the Board for Riverside Community Care, a past Chairman of Interise, an organization that stimulates economic revitalization in lower income communities, and a past director of the People’s United Community Foundation of Eastern MA and BDC Capital.
