North Shore Bank recently announced the addition of Joseph Cavanaugh to their mortgage lending team. In his new position as Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator, he will be responsible for satisfying the lending needs of borrowers, real estate agents, and builders in Eastern Massachusetts.

Joe Cavanaugh started his banking career in 1991 as a Senior Mortgage Officer for Bank of Boston. Prior to joining North Shore Bank, he spent twenty-one years with Santander Bank originating and closing residential mortgages. He received his bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 1985.
